Some companies will allow us to take credit card over the phone, please contact us directly to see if this is an option for you
Personal cheques take two weeks to process, so please take this into consideration when sending this type of payment. Please make sure you include your claim number in the mailing. Note that NSF fees for returned cheques are $50.00

Please note: Some companies will still accept payment directly to them; however, you must submit proof of payment to KC Collect to close the account (ie receipt or confirmation number). Please allow processing time for claims to be reported.
